Planning an Invitational Regatta at SSA?

There are a few steps to get started:

Putting your event on the calendar (Event Set Up Questionnaire).
Reserving Space at the Club (Club Usage Agreement)
Sycamore Point Cafe (Advanced Event Planning)
After regatta report (Breeze article) and accounting

Do these fees change after a certain date? If so, how much is the new rate and how many days before the start of the event should this change.

3/ Regatta Description

Will guest or crew parking be available on site at SSA?

If yes, please note that cars may not block entry while awaiting access from member and must park in designated prarking spaces, follow SSA key policy and not extend over any parking lines at any time.

4/ Do you have any supporting documents that you would like included on the event page?

i.e.: NOR, SI's

5/ There is mandatory field for "Division" which has generic options "Division 1", "Division 2", "Division 3", "Division 3". The intent is for you to explain in your regatta notice what these refer to, "Select Division 1 for X" and "Division 2 for Y". For example for the Laser events Division 1=Full Rig and Division 2=Radial Rig. Other options might be Division 1=spinnaker and Division 2=non-spinnaker or Division 1=Gold, Division 2=Sliver, Division 3=Bronze. If you elect not to utilize this feature, please write: Select Division One

AFTER REGATTA REPORT

Please remember to send your regatta report to the office along with, at least, one photo. We will take as many photos as you would like to provide. The article can be in the body of the email and the photos should be submitted as separate files.

After Regatta Accounting

Please follow the directions provided HERE to submit your accounting to the office within 14 days of the regatta.
